Hey dolls, I hope you are all well!
It's January 2018 and everyone is jumping on the new year bandwagon; making lists, setting goals and looking forward to a positive future.
Self-care is high up there on the list of priorities for 2018 in many people's lives whether that means starting regular meditation, eating healthy, getting fit or whatever it means for you to be the best you!
Sometimes when we start something new like going for a walk with a friend in the evenings or joining an active class we need something that makes it more exciting.
The fashion side of fitness can be a great way to get yourself motivated and STAY motivated! Looking good while you workout can give you that extra bit of confidence you need to stay in the game long after January.
There is some gorgeous fitness fashion out there at the moment and these are some of my favourites!
Body by Byram is the new active wear collection by Amanda Byram who is one of the many queens of fitness owning the game at the moment. Check out some of these gorgeous bits from the collection. The range is available from Selfridges, Pamela Scott and Arnotts. (This is not an ad, I just really like them!)
LOVE this Grey and Mint Jacket with the cut out detail in the back. Shop here.
Christmas wouldn't be the same without a good knitted jumper or dress to keep you warm and cosy during the most exciting time of the year.
They give you that warm festive feeling and they are fun to get you into the Christmas spirit! If you find the right Christmas jumper for you, it can even be great to wear on Christmas day.
A Christmas jumper is perfect to wear on a planned day out shopping with the fam, bringing your little ones to see Santa, going to your local Christmas lights switch on or even to wear on a night out with the gals.
It is a handy and festive little number to have in your wardrobe and here are some great ways to wear the festive Christmas jumper stylishly.
A jumper dress with a cute print like this is a casual way to tone it down and play the Christmas jumper look cool this year. This would be super cosy and easy to dress up or down! Throw on tights and a leather jacket and you are good to go! Shop here.
Hey Dolls,
Finally, my favourite season has arrived!!!!! There is nothing I love more than layering up in warm cosy clothes. Autumn has to be the most stylish season, I love the different colours, tones & textures
Today, myself and Christopher took a drive to Howth to spend some quality time together. I've been very stressed and anxious the past few days and this was the perfect location to relax and unwind my mind. I always feel so close to my Dad when I am near the sea too so that helped.
We enjoyed a delicious brunch in "The House Howth" before taking a walk around the harbour. It was the perfect way to end the week.
