Hey dolls,
As I'm sure some of you are aware I had a bit of backlash and negativity this weekend over pumping my breast milk after a night out. I did my calculations and left it 9 and a half hours before pumping but some people had to have their say. And then to be removed from a support group for a complete mistake was the icing on the cake. I decided to take a short break from snapchat to have some head space but don't worry, by the time you read this I am probably back snapping away.
I don't want to keep addressing it but I just felt I had to come here and thank all of my amazing followers. I'm blown away by the amount of support I've received over the last 24 hours. My phone hasn't stopped and my inbox is filled with hundreds of emails from you all. I don't know how I will get around to reading them but I will and I'm sorry if you don't get a reply but just know I appreciate each and every one of you.
Like the titles says, I am her mother and since becoming a mother 8 weeks ago I've had an overwhelming need to protect her. As a first time Mam I'm learning with each day and that is what parenthood is all about. Not one parent out there is perfect but we do the best by our kids. Since having Sienna and even while I was pregnant I had so many people tell me to take everyones advice with a pinch of salt and that people will give you advice and criticism whether you like it or not. What I have learned in the last 8 weeks is to take each day as it comes, enjoy each smile and goo and to just go with my gut. I haven't read the "manual" but from the moment she was born my mothering instinct kicked it. I know for a lot of people they find it so difficult in the beginning and that is so normal. It is a life changing experience. Birth alone takes weeks to get over, especially if you were like me and had any sort of traumatising experience.
What I am trying to get at here is each persons experience is different, each child, each baby and each family is different. No one has the right to pass comment, judgment or criticise you for how you do things. If you are the type of person that does pass comment or feels the need to direct negativity towards others then I encourage you to take a look in the mirror and ask yourself why. What benefit is there in being negative to others, does it make you happy? Does it benefit the other person? Does it make life easier? No, no it doesn't. So here is my two cents, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. Take a look at your own life and see how you can change your negative thoughts into positives ones and be a happier person.
When it comes to being a mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, single parent or whatever situation you find yourself in, know that what you are doing is the best for your child. Don't listen to what people have to say, never second guess yourself and always go with your gut!!!!
I have just set up a Facebook support group for ANYONE that whats to join. You won't be judged, you will only be given support, love & encouragement. Tell your friend if they need a safe place to look for advice or share their stories they can join the community too. The group is called Nothing But Support.

Hey dolls,
I wanted to share my hair transformation with you all because I've been inundated with emails since having my Gold Fever extensions applied last week. I had mine applied in Zero One Salon, I've been going out to Greystones for the last couple of months to have my hair coloured and cut. Finally, after months of toying with the idea of getting my extensions back in, I decided to just go for it. Long hair always makes me feel so much better about myself. I dont know how, but it gives me so much more confidence and makes my face look slimmer, haha!! If thats even possible?!
I had my hair cut into a bob last winter, I wanted it short for ages! I always do it, cut my hair off and then regret it a few months later!!! Remind me next time never to cut my hair again.
I’ve had extensions before so I know how much maintenance is involved but the hairstyle possibities are endless. You can style them how you please, use heated tools on them, wash them as you would normally and they always just look amazing.
I am useless when it comes to styling my own hair, I just cant do it. French plaits & GHD curls are about all I can do. Luckily, Dominique is unreal at every hairstyle so she does my hair most of the time. Click here to check out her blog
So most of you want to know more about the actual hair extensions I got. I had heard so much about Gold Fever prior to my own consultation. Lots of my friends have them and higly recommended them. I knew they were the best of the best when it comes to hair extensions.
They are 100% real human hair that is sourced from Indian temples, so basically, I have princess hair!!! :) They are bonded into your hair with protein bonds that don't damage your natural hair. The bonds are teeny tiny, you would never see them in my hair. They shed slightly, like your own hair would naturally. They need a little bit more TLC, you must use sulphate free shampoo, use a soft bristle extension hair brush and make sure none of your bonds get wrapped around or tangled.
Gold Fever are a premium brand of hair extensions and cost a little more than your average extensions but It’s only because they are such a high quality hair. The best way to know exactly what you need done and how much it is going to cost is to pop into the salon and have a consultation with one of the experts. If you give Zero One a call and book in with Suzie or Edel, they will advise what is best for you. They range from €595-€995 depending on how many bonds you need to get in.

My process took a little longer because I had such a blunt cut on my hair and I’ve such thick hair. The gals in Zero One looked after me, they are both amazing hairdressers and I felt so confident that my hair would be fabulous after they got their hands on me. I was right, I am complete obsessed with it.
I had my hair blow dried by Dominique’s sister Sarah last Saturday for Mags hen party, she constantly styles clients hair with a variety of hair extensions and said that mine where THE BEST she’s ever seen. She said they dried so easily & felt like silk. I was delighted hearing that from another professional that had nothing to do with my transformation process & Sarah is brutally honest so I know I can trust her :) haha.

Hey Dolls,
I had the pleasure of visiting the L'Oréal HQ here in Dublin today and I was gifted with 5 new beautiful lippies that are launching tomorrow, the 15th with Urban Decay. UD & Ruby Rose have joined forces to collaborate and bring out a whopping 100 new lipstick shades!!!!
These are the 5 shades I have and they are so stunning. I swatched them on my snapchat and they're soooo pigmented. This range of lipsticks have 6 beautifully different finishes, Mega Matte, Comfort Matte, Cream, Metallized, Sheer & Sheer Shimmer.
This one in shade Big Bang is my favourite. It is so different from any Lipstick I own. I need to add a few more shades to my collection I think. They retail for €19.50 and are available from Debenhams & House of Fraser from June 15th.
Happy Shopping.

Hey dolls,
What a weekend of fabulous weather we had. Myself and Christopher took advantage and tried to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Today we decided to head to Powerscourt for a walk around and a spot of Lunch. It was breathtakingly beautiful and hard to believe it is right on our door step. If you haven't taken a trip out I highly recommend it.
My dress is from Mother Care, I love it. Its so comfy and flattering on my bump. And can we just take a second for the size of me, where did that come from??? Check the dress out here

Hey dolls,
I wanted to share a little outfit post with you that I shot for this months Stellar Magazine. Lili Forberg took the pics and I love working with Lili she is amazing. I pulled the look together myself, I absolutely love the yellow skirt and think it will be huge this spring/summer.
I look quiet pregnant in these picture even in my face :) but I'm only going to look bigger as the months go on so it is time to embrace it and go with it. I bought this skirt in a size 14 to give me that extra bit of space and comfort.
I hope you like the look and I am pretty sure the items are still available.

Hey dolls,
Well the word is out, I'm pregnant. I'm so happy and relieved that you all know our news, it was so hard to hide it from you all. I've been nothing but exhausted since I found out and have been napping everyday. I found out mid January and myself and Chris were over the moon and soooo excited. All I wanted to do was share it with you all but I knew I had to wait until I had my 12 week scan before I could spill the beans.
So here I am finally able to share my news with you all, I couldn't be happier and so excited for the baby to get here. Everything is about to change. We need to find a new place to live and I need to buy a bigger car. A pram will never fit in a mini. It's so exciting but so scary at the same time. I guess you never think you're ready until it actually happens.
I've had such a good pregnancy so far, no morning sickness, just exhausted. Even before I found out I was pregnant I was falling asleep everywhere. It's the only thing I've experienced since finding out we're having a baby. I've been so lucky to have such a good pregnancy because I've heard of some people being so sick.
We went for my 12 week scan last week and it was the most amazing experience of my life. I was so nervous as I'm sure all expecting mothers are. The minute the baby popped up on screen the tears just streamed down my face. I didn't expect to be so emotional but I couldn't help it. I felt so relieved to see my baby and so overcome with happiness. I only wished it had lasted longer. The baby was so active, rolling around and kicking its feet and I even saw its little hand wave. It was amazing.
We got three pictures and they came out so clear, I stare at them everyday and count down the days until my next scan. I am due mid September, I won't say the date as they say you can go over on your first. I'm going to continue to post about my pregnancy and keep you up to date with everything.

Hey Dolls,
Finally, my favourite season has arrived!!!!! There is nothing I love more than layering up in warm cosy clothes. Autumn has to be the most stylish season, I love the different colours, tones & textures
Today, myself and Christopher took a drive to Howth to spend some quality time together. I've been very stressed and anxious the past few days and this was the perfect location to relax and unwind my mind. I always feel so close to my Dad when I am near the sea too so that helped.
We enjoyed a delicious brunch in "The House Howth" before taking a walk around the harbour. It was the perfect way to end the week.
